    When we were looking for a condo 5 years ago we found Chani Olson and she was absolutely amazing and helped us by our home. When the time came to sell it there was no one else I would have gone to other than Chani! She’s absolutely wonderful and really cares about her client and that they are getting the best home possible! She made buying our home five years ago as well as selling our home extremely easy and took so much stress off our shoulders! Chani made sure everything was perfect so we could get an amazing price! She came to appointments to help us make decisions that would look the best, she brought things over to help with the showing, constantly communicated with us so we knew everything that was going on, and knew the area and what would be great selling points. Chani is an absolutely wonderful person and an excellent realtor who will make sure that her client is well taken care through every step through buying and selling their home as well as check in to be sure they are happy years later.

    Chani helped my husband and I purchase our first home in 2014. This year she helped us sell our first home and purchase our second home. We identified our second home rather quickly which led to getting our first home on the market ASAP. Chani assisted with staging, listing the property, procured multiple offers and negotiated favorable terms. She kept us on track throughout the whole process with a smile on her face. Chani is very patient and kind. She is more than our realtor, she is our friend. We will recommend her for years to come!

She worked closely with the Buyer’s agent and lender so the transaction went smooth.       Chani is a great realtor! She goes above and beyond! We had to move out of state quicker than anticipated and she coordinated with a plumbing contractor to have the water heater replaced. She also recommended an hvac person to service the AC! She has your best interests as her top priority!! Highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs!

      Fighting the booming economy in Colorado and the extreme competitiveness of the market I was shocked how quick Chani was able to find my family a home. After working with another realtor it was great to have someone that listened to my families particular needs. It was great to not spend a lot of time wasting away on home that were not of interest. This really helped in making the right offer to a seller who had the ability to pick and choose the buyer. Her knowledge of our interest to buy our home gave us the edge over the other potential buyers and secured us a new home in under 30 days. Thank you so much Chani!

      Chani Olson was the right person for helping us to buy house. Chani has helped entire family to leave its first dream house. She was very organized and top professional real estate I never seen before. She knows her job and she do like it. Chani gave ride, picks up and drop off her customer to different offices and social services to get required documents relating to the closing house. She was and still an awesome.       Chani us full service agent. She was with me or in contact with me every step of the way. When the appraisal came back low, Chani found 3 errors by the appraiser. Her knowledge of construction code and compliance is remarkable. You would think she was in construction. Chani found me a wonderful home in an exciting up and coming community.     Chani was referred to me through a mortgage broker that I was referred to by an appraiser I was referred to by a close friend. I’m glad it worked out that way or else I’m not sure how I would have met Chani. I’m a young guy and this was my first home buying experience. I’ve never been one to spend months and months making a decision and due to my work, I tend to make up my mind and go with it. What I appreciate most about Chani was her ability to come through on basically everything I asked of her. She’s clearly been doing this for a while and knew the ins and outs of the entire process from beginning to end. I was able to find and excellent first home, get approved, have my offer accepted, get past inspections, and close within about 1-1.5 months total. A side perk of working with Chani is also the extensive networks of interior designers, handymen, etc. that she knows to make me feel more comfortable w/ the purchase. I’ll be recommending her to all of my friends who are going to be making their first purchases here very soon. Great person, highly professional, and an excellent choice for a realtor.
